Event Info
The Karen Resolution Trail Run features a 5k, 10k, 20k and 30km Trail Running Options, and is a great way to get the entire family moving.
The course runs through beautiful Karen End Forest; one of Karen’s favorite horse-riding and running destinations. The start is conveniently located about 3km from The Hub, on the Karen-Dagoretti Road. There will be custom finishers medals for every finisher.

NB:
There will be no race day registration or race number pick-up on the morning of the event.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound do hereby waive and forever release any and all rights and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against the Event Director, Runnerspoint, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives, volunteers and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages/fatality suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.I know that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able to do so and properly trained.
